Please park at Entrance A (main KAT entrance). Enter through these doors. After your registration journey you will exit at the Garden Exit. This will be marked for your convenience.
The KAT Board has considered the current guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the state of Michigan in deciding which parts of KAT's Covid protocols to keep for our remaining class days and events. CDC and state guidance now provide added flexibility with regard to masking and social distancing, removing most requirements for persons who are fully vaccinated, while also permitting establishments to set their own standards (Centerpoint church is no longer requiring KAT attendees to mask, for example), while still recommending that public schools maintain current pandemic safety protocols. Thus, KAT hereby adopts the following:
We are removing the mask requirement for KAT attendees effective immediately, while continuing to recommend social distancing, and supporting any individuals who choose to continue wearing a mask. We support parents' preferences for their children and, accordingly, if parents wish that their child continue to mask while in attendance at KAT, we fully support their decision without any pressure or prejudice.
Masks will be available for those who would like one.
Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the building. Tutors will be sanitizing as needed. Everyone will receive their own pen upon entrance to allow for optimal cleanliness.
To allow for optimal spacing, tables will be spread throughout the building and marked with a number to help families locate each tutor.
