Middle School Intermediate Math

This class is designed to prepare your student for pre-algebra—this book was specifically chosen as a transition to Mrs. Ohland’s pre-algebra and high school math classes. The weekly class will consist of a lecture, quiz, and a game and/or puzzle. Expect to spend about one hour per day on regular homework assignments.

Students should know that their brains are like muscles and can shrink and grow, and that productive struggle, not anxiety, helps their brains to grow. My goal is to boost your student’s confidence in math.
